We saw an unprecedented volume of remote bids, especially those using our on-line facility, resulting in a lively auction of competitive bidding and some record prices achieved.  Highlight of the auction was the mammoth bidding spree of Lot 3, a freehold office building in Bexleyheath which sold for £294,000 off a Guide of £95,000.

We sold a high level of land in this auction, mainly on behalf of the Diocese of Lincoln, which proved very popular and again with strong bidding.

A wide range of properties were sold from across the UK from as little as £100 for a small parcel of land in Louth, to a 6 acre plot on the Isle of Wight which far exceeded its £350,000+ Guide Price.
