Acting on behalf of a private pension fund Auction Estates have negotiated the purchase of a landmark development site on London Road, earmarked as The Gateway to Nottingham. The site is close to the new Waterside redevelopment, Trent Bridge and both the Nottingham Forest and County football grounds.
