Auction Estates posted another impressive set of results, this time for their 26th April auction at Nottingham Racecourse which saw £2,012,500 of sales with a 73% success rate.  The sale included properties across the UK in towns such as Preston, Harrogate, Newcastle Upon Tyne, York, Birmingham and The West Midland’s.  Investors had a wide range of properties to choose from including retail units, flats, traditional houses and even telecom masts.  Demand was strong for vacant properties from both investors and owner occupiers with some record prices were achieved.  The top prices achieved on the day were for small parcels of land including a small plot in Huthwaite, guided at £7,500 and which sold for a record £31,000!
