Following a difficult trading period at the end of 2018, Auction Estates were delighted to see that market confidence has returned posting an impressive 92% success rate and a total amount raised of £2,361,800.

Highlight of the sale included 62 High Street, Bedford a mix commercial and residential lot which was guided at £300,000+ and resulted in competitive bidding in the room achieving a sale price of £570,000.

Demand remains strong for traditional housing from investors but there was a noticeable increase in the number of buyers for mixed commercial and residential properties.
