Ahead of the Brexit deadline, Auction Estates’ October auction saw record prices raised from the 32 lots presented. With residential, commercial, agricultural & land presented to the room, the strong bidding resulted with an 85% success rate and £2,269,650 from sale raised.

Despite Brexit looming over the property market, demand was strong within the auction room and lots have already been confirmed for the 12th December auction.
