Auction Estates posted an impressive £1.724M at their 21st June 2018 sale with an 82.6% success rate.

A mix of 30 residential, commercial and investment properties from across the UK were offered For Sale with results from £1,000 to £340,000.

Highlights of the sale were 14 Seely Road in Lenton, a student investment property guided at £290,000 which sold in the room for £340,000. Various parcels of land were sold which proved to be in high demand from investors and speculators and affordable to all budgets with plots selling for as little as £1,000.

The most successful lot of the day was the sale of 11.5 acres of amenity land off Sandy Lane in Bramcote, guide at £100,000+ and which sold in the room for £200,000 to a speculative investor.
