Despite continued fears over a second lockdown and difficulties with securing bank funding, investor confidence remained resilient with Auction Estates raising an impressive £3,184,500 and an 83% success rate.

Once again the auction was held behind closed doors with remote bidding only which lead to a high level of activity and competitive bidding from online, telephone and proxy bidders resulting in a number of record prices being achieved.

A highlight of the auction was the sale of Lot 3, a former Social Club in Stoke-On-Trent guided at £80,000+ which achieved £225,000 following a bidding frensy from the remote bidders.
