Auction Estates have been successful in the acquisition of the 25,500 sq ft former JTF Industrial unit in Mansfield for a retained client. Their client is currently trading out of Oak Tree Business Park in Mansfield and have outgrown their current premises. They have been looking to increase their warehouse capacity to meet the growing needs of the business for some time.

Auction Estates used their market knowledge to establish a position with the selling agent Mark Tomlinson of FHP and agree to purchase the property within a quick timeframe.
