Surveyor and Sales Broker, Laurent McCready, was filmed this week for the BBC’s popular daytime property programme, Homes Under the Hammer.
The filming took place at 125 Nottingham Road, Basford (NG7 7AY), a three-bedroom semi-detached house recently sold by Auction Estates, where Laurent plays a key role within the sales team.
Showcasing Auction Success
The property, which required full refurbishment, attracted strong bidding at in our April auction and went on to sell for £131,000, comfortably above its £110,000+ guide price. As part of the programme, Laurent provided commentary on the sale, the auction process, and the potential the property offers post-renovation.
Homes Under the Hammer follows properties purchased at auction and documents their transformation, giving viewers a unique insight into the world of property investment and renovation. Laurent’s contribution will feature alongside interviews with the buyers as they embark on their refurbishment project.
