This December auction had a wide variety of strategic parcels of land, residential and commercial properties up for Sale leading to the room being at full capacity with a mixture of investors, developers and soon to be owner occupiers. The bidding on the day was strong with some record prices achieved leading to a good end of year auction result of £2,726,900 raised with a 70% success rate.

Amongst the properties sold there was a number of lots which demonstrated strong prices considering the uncertain outlook of the property market for next year. One of these properties was the 3 storey office building on Mansfield Road fetching £310,000. The star lot of the auction which was the 76-acre former sand quarry Guided at £50,000+, it had a flurry of bids leading to the hammer falling and the property selling at £390,000.

Properties from across the UK were sold in the 47 lot catalogue with properties offered on behalf of Private Individuals, Local Authorities and LPA Receivers leading to a strong end to a successful year. Entries are now being taken for our next auction on the 23rd February 2023 to be held at Nottingham Racecourse.
